Rudolph Wm. Sohl is a dedicated and compassionate Associate Attorney at Murray Guari Trial Attorneys PL. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. Clients can expect to remain in close contact with Rudolph to ensure their awareness and understanding of all facets of their case. Rudolph is a charismatic trial attorney who represents personal injury clients; he is committed to leaving his clients feeling secure, confident, informed, and happy with the services that he provides to them.
When it comes to dealing with parties responsible for his clients’ injuries however, there is little compassion to be found as Rudolph seeks the maximum. When dealing with a personal injury lawsuit, parties responsible for compensating you for your injuries will often attempt to low-ball you and your attorney if they think you can be pushed around and are afraid to go to trial. When this happens, you need an attorney like Rudolph, who will fight for you, and who is not afraid to go to trial in attempt to get you what you deserve. Rudolph deals with defense firms and insurance companies on a daily basis, and although the outcome of trial is unpredictable, sometimes it must be done.
Rudolph earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. While at S.U. Law, in addition to finding himself on the Dean’s List and graduating early as a result of his academic success, he also interned for the Crown Prosecution Service in London, England. Rudolph then went on to be admitted to practice law in New York State, where he has trial experience and has obtained over 20-times the amount of the pre-trial offer at trial.
Rudolph is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, and he is a member of the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. Rudolph is from Gloversville, New York and a graduate of the high school thereof. He received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and is currently a member of Florida’s Young Lawyers Division, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and he was selected by the Association of American Trial Lawyers to receive recognition as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Personal Injury Law attorneys in New York State.
