Attorneys Jason J. Guari, Esq., and Keith R. Hedrick, Esq., recently resolved a motor vehicle crash claim for a substantial settlement. This incident occurred when a large commercial vehicle failed to yield to our client’s right-of-way by pulling out directly in front of her vehicle, causing a “T-Bone” collision. At the scene, our young, seat-belted client experienced neck pain, went directly to the hospital, and had significant injury findings revealed in her diagnostic studies. She ultimately underwent a very serious, three-level neck surgery – (a two-level disc replacement and one-level fusion – (shown below on the right)).

Prior to filing a lawsuit, the commercial insurance carrier did not offer any money to resolve the claim.
