Jane Doe v. Medical Center

A 71-year-old woman was leaving her doctor’s office in Boca Raton when she, using a walker, tripped and fell on a poorly maintained walkway. As a result of the fall, she had a broken leg that required surgery in order to fix it. Several pieces of hardware were put into her leg to help repair the injury. Additionally, Mrs. Doe was sent to a nursing home that would provide the necessary care while her injuries healed.
