Am I allowed to drive or bike with earphones?
- The answer to that question is it depends. You are not allowed to drive or ride a bicycle with an earphone or a headphone in both ears. You are, however, allowed to drive or ride a bicycle with an earphone in one ear, as long as it's connected to a cell phone and it does not have sound canceling devices attached to it.
