Are witnesses important in a Florida slip and fall case?
- A witness is always helpful, but it is not the be-all, end-all of the answer. If there is a witness, it is very important to get their contact information because they may be able to tell you what you slipped on, may remember things that were said to you or things that you said, or maybe they even took pictures of the incident. So the answer, again, is it's not the end of the world if there isn't a witness, but if there is a witness, try to get their contact information.
