WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Jason J. Guari, a trial attorney and partner in the West Palm Beach-based law firm of Murray Guari Trial Attorneys PL, was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Guari is dedicated to helping individuals and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. He seeks justice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. This includes auto negligence, insurance bad faith, product liability, automotive crashworthiness, premises liability, aviation law and nursing home neglect.
“I consider it an honor and a privilege to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. I have been an active member of the Bar since 1996. Our organization provides great resources to the general public and the legal community,” Guari said. “I am honored to serve the bar in this capacity, and it’s one I will serve with a dedicated commitment.”
He brings experience from his years of involvement in the Bar’s Young Lawyers Section, serving most recently as its president, chair of the Personal Injury and Wrongful Death CLE committee and a member of the Membership Committee. Guari is also a past Board of Director and current Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association, a member of the National Crime Victims’ Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is included in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and has been listed in the South Florida Legal Guide’s Top Up & Comers for the last two years.
Guari will be inducted at the Annual Installation Banquet at the Breakers Hotel on June 7, 2008.
