What started as a routine ride home quickly turned into a terrifying nightmare when an uninsured driver sped through a red light and violently broadsided a rideshare vehicle in which our clients were passengers. Both drivers claimed they had a green light, creating a significant liability dispute. While the traffic signals themselves were not visible, our team carefully analyzed the video and, based on the flow of traffic, built a compelling argument that the uninsured driver had run the red light—despite her continued denial.
