The night of networking and cocktails benefits the Girl’s Leadership Institute. Each year, the Women’s Foundation continues to advance its mission of encouraging leadership in women and girls to positively impact their economic, political, and social status. Last year, the Raise the Bar event allowed the Woman’s Foundation to host two Girl Leadership Institutes, sending over 200 Palm Beach County girls to a full day of leadership training. The program provided middle and high school girls with training in public speaking, conflict resolution, and other critical leadership skills.
