WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Trial Attorney Scott Murray participated as one of the local Celebrity Bartenders at Amici Ristorante & Bar in Palm Beach, to support the Palm Beach Public School Orchestral Strings Foundation – held on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event allows local celebrities to volunteer to serve-up drinks at the restaurant and collect tips to benefit their favorite causes.
“Money raised will contribute to the foundation’s ongoing commitment to providing young musicians with learning and performance experience, and an appreciation of music,” says Murray. “This is a light-heartened way to raise awareness and support the program.”
The Palm Beach Public School Orchestral Strings Foundation is the largest elementary string program in Florida, and the most chosen elementary choice program in Palm Beach County. Established in 1974 by Music Director Andrew Matzkow with 10 students, the program has now grown to 200 students. Palm Beach Public School Orchestral Strings Foundation is supported solely by voluntary donations.
