Partners Scott C. Murray and Jason J. Guari have been named 2022 “Florida Super Lawyers” by Super Lawyer Magazine — an annual publication that recognizes Florida’s top lawyers.
Scott Murray has been recognized for this distinction in the area of Personal Injury. Scott is an experienced attorney, dedicated to representing clients who have suffered injury due to the negligence of others. He pursues justice in personal injury and wrongful death matters involving auto accidents, dangerous products, and unsafe premises.
In addition to holding several leadership positions in state and local Bar Associations, Scott also devotes his time to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach as a member of its Board of Directors and is Secretary of the non-profit. Scott also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Vita Nova, a non-profit organization committed to helping youth adults transition from foster care to independent living, and to fight youth homelessness.
For trial attorney Jason Guari, this is his tenth time that he has been recognized for this distinction in the area of Personal Injury. Jason is passionate about helping individuals and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. He seeks justice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death matters involving vehicle accidents, dangerous products, and unsafe premises.
Jason is an active member of the Florida Bar and is a Fellow Pledge member of The Florida Bar Foundation. He is a past Board of Directors member and current Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and is a former Director of the Board of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
His community involvement includes serving as a Life Member of the Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) – Palm Beach Area Chapter. He served as the Past Chairman of the LLS Board for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Rosarian Academy. He has coached youth soccer for the City of West Palm Beach. He is a volunteer instructor for the Justice Teaching program, created by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court.
