The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is a professional organization comprised of America’s top young trial attorneys. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law.
Membership is extended solely to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile measured by objective and uniformly applied standards in compliance with state bar and national Rule 4-7. Invitees must exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.
Mr. Perry represents clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He exclusively handles personal injury and wrongful death matters from their inception through trial, with a focus on litigation in both State and Federal Court – being admitted to all Federal Courts in Florida.
Scott is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
He is currently a Director on the Palm Beach County Bar Association and serves as a Committee member of the Professionalism Committee (2015-2022, including Co-Chairing the 2019 New Attorney Breakfast) and the Circuit Civil Practice Committee (2017-2022). He has Co-Chaired sessions for the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference three times (Personal Injury 2015-2017 and Young Lawyers 2019-2020). He was the Past-President of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association for the 2019-2020 term.
