Scott Murray serves on Host Committee for Legal Aid Society Fundraiser

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – For the second year in a row, attorney Scott C. Murray served on the host committee for a recent special event held as a fundraiser for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Murray is a partner in the West Palm Beach-based law firm of Murray & Guari, and has supported the Legal Aid Society for the past 10 years.

The event, “Joseph Abboud’s Fall Trunk Show”, was presented by The Tux Shop of Palm Beach Gardens and combined a men’s fashion show with a social evening of wine and hors d’oeuvres. Proceeds directly benefitted the legal services that the LAS provides for underprivileged residents of Palm Beach County. The fundraiser is an annual event held in mid September.

“This year’s trunk show was enjoyed by all who attended,” Murray comments. “It is a real pleasure to be part of something that benefits people right here in south Florida who would have no legal representation or guidance if it weren’t for the Legal Aid Society.”

The Legal Aid Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide equal access to the judicial system for those who are disadvantaged. To learn more about the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, you may visit their website at www.legalaidpbc.org.
